The purpose of this style training is two-fold – improve your fitness level & maximize the burn. This workout is going challenge your legs and challenge your lungs. Watch your heart rate spike during the pushes and embrace the recovery periods. Twice a week is plenty for these hard-hitting sessions because your body needs the time to recover so you can come back stronger.

This level 4 program includes four classes ranging from 25-40 minutes plus an introduction video which includes a nutrition talk.
