Practicing For Two is a 16-class Prenatal Yoga AND Postnatal Yoga program designed by Leah Kim. Keep connected to your changing body all the way through your pregnancy and become realigned after you give birth. The program is broken into four segments – 1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester, and Postnatal. Each segment offers classes specifically designed for your varying energy levels so you can continue to practice as your body and energy levels change. The 1st Trimester Series is about establishing a new foundation for your yoga practice during your pregnancy. The 2nd Trimester Series is about maintaining your pre-pregnancy practice or level of fitness while continuing to listen to your body’s intelligence. The 3rd Trimester Series is about winding things down as you come into the home stretch of growing your little human(s). The Postnatal Series is about rebuilding – rebuilding our strength, our center, and really, ourselves. Life has probably become very much about your little one – as it should! – but you still need to take some time for yourself.
