Funny story here… This is a basic sun salutation flow with Rudy that we filmed on top of an office building in downtown Santa Monica. On our way to the shoot we passed by a street performer who was really down on her luck. She had been performing all afternoon with not much of an audience. Well, Rudy and our producers invited the street performer to the rooftop to perform during the class. Turns out the street performer has a heck of a voice and loves Sade… boom! Thanks for the tunes, girl you rocked it! And Rudy, this is a great little flow, much love 🙂
