    Gentle Power Flow 2

    Yoga has become an established practice in the process of healing Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) and trauma.  This vinyasa flow class is intended to be gentle and grounding, designed for beginners as well as for those more advanced in their practice. We introduce yoga postures and their alignment, promote tension/stress release, and in the process become more in tune with the body in the present moment.  Hip openings are emphasised.
