    No Vinyasa Flow

    Attending to shoulder injuries, a ‘No Vinyasa Flow’ class should be used to reduce the shoulder and wrist strain by eliminating flowing between Chaturanga, Cobra and Downdog asanas, otherwise known as ‘taking a vinyasa’. In this class we’ll be skipping (almost) all vinyasas so as not to exhaust shoulders and wrists and focus holding other poses for longer.
