    Power Play

Power Play is my response to what regular students here in LA request when they can’t make it to the studio. I get it, you mean to keep up your practice no matter what excuses cross your path, but that can be tough sometimes. It takes dedicated commitment (abhyasa). In order to be consistent you need tapas (discipline). But you also need to enjoy what you’re up to or you’ll never keep it up.
No worries, I’ve got you covered. Power Play is just that — powerful flow with a little playful sass and a juicy finishing surrender (vairagya) leaving you feeling the power and ready to play with whatever life throws your way.
