    • A general fitness program with a sampling of different classes including Intro to Yoga, Barre, Step Aerobics and HIIT.
    • Requires minimal equipment of yoga mat, hand weights & box or steps. Option to include jump rope and spin bike.
    • Designed for those who need to build basic skills and confidence to enter a public gym or begin a fitness program by learning in the privacy of your own home.
    • 8 videos, each 10 to 25 minutes in duration.
    • Each video is a stand-alone class. Choose the order and keep it fresh.
