    • A traditional strength training program, utilizing functional training and free weights, based on Push/Pull methodology.
    • Free weights are required and a gym setup is preferable. Log on from your phone and head to the gym.
    • Designed for men and women who want to improve strength, build muscle and lose weight.
    • 8 videos, each 10 to 20 minutes in duration.
    • Each video is stand-alone class, and provides 2 workouts for each muscle group. Combine 2 videos to create longer, more intense workouts.
    • Every class contains beginner, intermediate and advanced options.
