Active Restoration Active Restoration is a technical yoga practice that introduces yoga props to skillfully approach classical yoga poses. These 4 Restorative Yoga classes, taught by yoga therapist, Jules Mitchell vary in difficulty yet can be modified for all levels. The 3 Therapeutic-based classes are: Foundational Standing Poses, Supported Backbends, and Skillful Inversions. Also included is a short workshop on how to use props as well as a bonus restorative class.
