    Deep Relaxation

    All Trimesters: In perfect relaxation, the mind and body become quiet and deliver the experience of serenity, calmness, and simple purity. The practice of relaxation begins with giving yourself permission to make time for it. This session demonstrates two postures that are so relaxing you may fall asleep for a well deserved rest. These poses can be done on the floor or in bed, and provide the much needed opportunity to relax.
