    Meditation for Confidence is a guided 60-minute meditation that builds your confidence, boosts your self esteem and leaves you feeling great about yourself. Starting with 10 minutes of sitting, followed by 30 minutes of laying down, then finishing with 20 minutes of sitting again. Any doubts, fears, or resistance that you have will all be let those go. This meditation brings focus to where you are and where you want to be, on who you are and what your purpose is.
