The Mindful Yogi Being a Mindful Yogi is all about listening to your body and only taking it as far it wants to go. The first half of this class offers a couple different flows with variation options for each. Its all about tuning into yourself and allowing your body to open it up, not forcing but also challenging yourself and trying new things. The second half of the class keeps you on the floor moving into deep, slow, mindful stretches and backbends for a long, gentle path to a body scan.
