    Present vs Tense

    Today we START to become present to what is instead of trapped by the tension of what isn’t. In our meditation, we’re introduced to Andrea’s ABCs (Awareness, Benevolence, and Calm) and weave these ABCs into our asana practice where we move from tightly-wound reaction to mindful response. We discover that creating space is creative space on our mat as well as off, and our hOMework encourages us to become even more present to new Possibility – body, mind, and spirit.
