    Hotel or Home, No Equipment Necessary with Sharon Polsky is a 6-class, Level 1 general fitness program consisting of 15-minute bodyweight workouts. Class 4 challenges you with three rounds of planks with shoulder taps, high knees, butt kickers, jumping jacks, and speed skaters.
