    The 3rd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about winding things down as you come into the home stretch of growing your little human(s). While it’s true that nothing can really fully prepare you for what’s coming (for your first birth anyway), we can certainly practice some poses that could be helpful on the big day.
