Air The Y.U.M.M.Y. AIR class begins with singing these favorites: “Rockin’ Robin” “Coming Round the Mountain” “Fascinating Rhythm” “Somebody Loves Me” “The Man I Love” “Give My Regards to Broadway” “Love is the Answer” by Spring “Namaste” In the AIR meditation, we use our imagination to travel up on top of a mountain top to experience the revitalization aspects of AIR. We finish this session with some chair yoga to nurture the body. This class’ focus is: INTENTION: To connect to the element of AIR with every exhalation. VAYU MUDRA: Helpful for diseases related to air imbalances, such as gas-related pain, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. CENTERING THOUGHT: I fill my lungs to clear my mind.
