One of the most notorious places where stress and tension lie in our bodies is around the neck and shoulder girdle. Instead of isolating this area of the body however, this class will stretch the shoulders a myriad of different ways in the context of other poses. Some will be standing and some will be seated. If you are especially tight in this part of your body then make sure to have a strap or belt handy.
