Alle Bewegungen der Wirbelsäule sind vertreten – Vor-, Rück-, Seitbeugen und Twists, genauso wie Hüftöffner, Meditation und Atembewusstsein wecken jeden Teil des Körpers auf. Da der gesamte Körper aufgewärmt ist, kann diese Praxis auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt sein um daraus deine eigene Praxis für daheim zu entwickeln. Füge z.B. gern deine Lieblingsposition am Ende hinzu. Let’s get this party started.

With a balanced range of spinal movements—forward folds, backbends, side bends and twists—hip openers, meditation and breath, this practice awakens each part of the body. Because the body is fully warmed up, this practice is also a great starting point for developing your own home practice. Feel free to add any poses you love in at the end.
