blueberry smoothie

Breakfast is a time for a light, nutrient dense meal, and is very important to eat every day of the week. While doing your vegan cleanse it’s especially critical to have breakfast so that you aren’t tempted by poor choices, and are able to make good decisions when it comes to snack time.

– Smoothie with banana, berries, pineapple, spinach, handful ice and coconut milk and anything else delicious and nutrient dense your heart desires
– Tortilla with scrambled tofu, salsa, avocado and bell peppers
– Half an English muffin with almond butter and banana slices
– Granola with mixed berries and hemp milk
– Fresh pressed juice
– Fruit
– Mixed almonds, walnuts and dried cranberries (or nuts of choice)
– Raw SuperCereal
o Diced Walnuts
o Diced Almonds
o 1 tbsp Chia seeds
o 1 tbsp Flaxseed (ground)
o 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
o Cranberries
o 1 ½ c Non-dairy milk
o ½ tsp organic Camu Camu powder
