Each flow starts with the same Sun A & B warm up and ends with the same closing sequences, with a different daily dose of postures. WEDNESDAY WARRIOR: finding balance is one of the hardest things both physically and mentally. Find yours through a strong standing and balance sequence that challenges you to be steady, be easy and to breathe.
