In this class we will let the Universe decide what asana is best for us to do today, all the while maintaining and learning what is the best foundation for any yoga class. Come learn with us, and become your own educated guru. This class is for yogis and aspiring yogis of all levels, simple and deep. The class is based on the traditional yoga sequencing principles of the original Mysore yogis.
