This practice is designed to include various asanas for tennis players and sportsmen. So grab a tennis ball. We practice ball rolling massage for soles of feet and buttock rolling to massage sciatic nerve in performis muscle. We also practice belly breathing with a tennis ball. Your focus and control will be tested. There’s even a bonus 5-minute meditation included.
