One of the main contributors of illness is the estrangement from our very own being. We lose awareness of the actual intimate moment-by-moment experience of our own physical, mental and emotional selves.

By being present in the breath, learning to use the inhale and the exhale, and by cultivating a relationship to Self, we can tap into an environment of healing. These practices teach us how to clear away mental debris and empower our deepest essential being. We can observe the causes and effects of our behavior and become aware of the emotional and mental patterns which bind us to behavior, both positive and negative. Refining this relationship, we bring clarity to the mind, strength to the body and freedom to the spirit, no matter what condition that mind, body or spirit are in.
