Kyle Gray

Kyle Gray is the author of 5 spiritual books and has been practicing meditation since his teens. With that being said there was always one challenge that stood in the way of Kyle and his growth: his body. Carrying extra weight and struggling to find connection in all things spiritual with this haunting challenge, Kyle took up yoga to unite his internal practice. Pouring himself into a vigorous daily yoga routine many of Kyle’s body concerns fell away and over 70lbs dropped off.

Initially an Ashtanga devotee, Kyle studied a 200hour diploma with Brian Cooper in 2013 and went onto continue his studies in India. In 2015 Kyle practiced and studied at KPJAYI (Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) under the guidance of Saraswathi Jois. Since then Kyle has studied and practiced various forms of yoga including Advanced Forrest Teaching Training that has now brought him to a space where he mixes up styles in order to find intelligent and accessible sequencing for beginner and advanced practitioners.

Kyle is a Lululemon Meditaton & Yoga Ambassador.
