    Make Time to Slow Down

    With a busy schedule, it can be challenging to find the time to commit to slowing down. This 20-minute restorative class makes it easy to fit a little relaxation into your schedule, whether it is during your lunch break, before bed or after your morning cup of tea. Shut the door, turn on your favorite quiet music and light a candle to fully set the mood, and indulge in some mindful, deep relaxation. Props needed: one bolster, one block and an eye pillow or wash cloth to cover the eyes.
