    Chaturanga Dandasana Prep Work

    Typically in a Vinyasa class we move through this pose quickly and without proper alignment you risk injury in the shoulder. This is a twenty minute sequence building the alignment and strength in the shoulders to help you move through this pose with knowledge and skill. This practice will build sufficient arm, shoulder, and abdominal strength to help these parts work together. If you don’t yet have the strength (or you’re just tired) drop your knees!
