    Galvanize Your Galavasana

Eka Pada Galavasana a.k.a. Flying Pigeon is sort of like levitating that single pigeon stretch you might enjoy as a hip-opener. It does take some flexibility and because of that you’re going to need to be warm for this tutorial. Have at least the equivalent of 5-rounds of sun salutes worth of Tapas (heat) in your body before starting this video. We’ll be using two blocks for this practice too, so have those handy.

Once we Galvanize Your Galavasana, you can fly your pigeon over to The Bird & The B’s to add it to a 45-minute sequence.
