    Office Yoga with David Ezekiel is a 1-month yoga program which brings yogic type of awareness to your office. Taking a few minutes throughout your workday to focus on stretching the body, relaxing the mind and increasing oxygen intake through breathing exercises will keep your body energized, your mind calm and focused and your stress levels low. These simple stretches and breathing exercises are designed to be done in a small space, without a mat right, in your office while in your business attire. This program guides you to take 5-minute breaks four times each day and also includes four 30-minute flows perfect for at-home practices at the end of your day or on the weekend.
