    Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes

This Bhakti Yin practice focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and knees. We begin by chanting and then move into angels’ breath pranayama. We then move into stretching our necks and shoulders with seated gentle sahaja style flow. We proceed through various upper body stretches to help to relax the head, neck and shoulders. We finish up with some gentle knee and toe stretching, and take savasana with a blanket placed under the mid and upper back, as well as a blanket placed under the knees to further open the heart, relax the neck and shoulders and fully melt.
