Welcome to the Mindful Health Study. You have been assigned to the 150 minute/week of online yoga video group. We have designed a 12-week progressive yoga program that we hope will allow you to reap the many mental and physical benefits of yoga.

A little more about your yoga prescription:

Week 1 and Week 2 are essential to beginners as they explain proper technique, breathing, and use of props. Please do not skip these videos. If you find that you have trouble with flexibility, or would like more assistance in some of the yoga poses, use your blocks or yoga strap (See Prop Tutorial Video in Week 1). It is recommended that you have your props nearby when completing the yoga videos. Some classes may also use a bolster, which can be duplicated by folding a towel or blanket in halves. Beginning in Week 3 through Week 12 your program will include full yoga videos combining all the poses you learned in Weeks 1-2 with appropriate progression throughout the program.
