At its heart, yoga is a detox system where we free ourselves of habituated ways of moving and thinking, allowing our true nature to shine. In this level 2 vinyasa practice, cleansing begins immediately with heat-building core and breathwork followed by a playful series of lunges, spinal extensions & twists designed to squeeze out stale muscular and mental tension and soak in fresh vitality and awareness.
