This is a slow, deep core-focused practice. It is designed to bring your front and back bodies into your awareness as they move towards each other, elongating your spine and highlighting your central channel. Stabilizing in all 3 planes, you’ll dig into planks and side planks, warrior 3s and handstands. Your efforts are rewarded with a nice cooling down and a sweet Savasana. (MP1)
