Hip Openers – Annie Carpenter – SmartFLOW Yoga
This class begins with a gravity-free inquiry into your hips, which intensifies into your favorite hip openers, including Trikonasana (triangle), Ardha Chandrasana (half moon) and Vasistasana 2 (side plank). To finish out the class, return to your center with seated hip openers and a short Savasana.
