Partner Stretches

Using the strength and leverage of a partner can help us go deeper into poses and enjoy the stretch without having to work as hard. Connecting with people through yoga can also be a great way to cultivate openness, trust and communication. It doesn’t matter if it’s a friend, lover or just someone you met in class, grab a partner and enjoy some feel-good poses together. The bigger the differences in size or range of motion, the more creative you’ll have to be to get the most out of it!
