Frank Bartl

Guided by his inner Guru, Frank Barti came to yoga in 1999, at the age of 29. He was
introduced to Kriya Yoga and, the cleansing of mind and body through movement in
silence. His experiences were his teachers. The more conscious he became with yoga,
the more he realized that he had nothing new to gain as everything was already there.
The philosophic writings of yoga, Zen and Buddhism continue to inspire and surprise

His practice blossomed into the desire to teach and by 2012 he had completed 1,000
hours of studies. In 2014 he co-founded NowYoga, a studio in Wiesbaden, DE a hub for
workshops, trainings and yoga culture. Frank leads 200 hr yoga teacher trainings at
NowYoga and his love for teaching yoga is inspired by his students.
