Kundalini Core Flow (KCF) is a yoga class trademarked by Arezu Kaywanfar, that fuses her two yogic lineages of Kundalini and Vinyasa with her love for fitness. Kundalini yoga focuses on awakening the “Kundalini energy”, our innate power centers that can be visualized as a snake coiled at the base of the spine. This specific class has more challenging variations added to the sequences. This class begins with a brief guided meditation, then incorporates Kundalini breathwork (pranayama), spinal warm up postures (asana), with added challenging modifications to the following series: booty building Bridges, Core blast, Cat-Cow variations to tone Abs and Triceps, Spinal strengthening and finally some DownwardDog to Planks for full body invigoration. You will end the class having challenged your limits, more connected with your breath, and feeling revived yet relaxed!
