Coming Back to Yoga
Everyone falls off the yoga wagon (or mat) from time to time. This class will gently welcome you back, while still building heat and breaking a sweat. Accessible for the experienced yogi or adventurous beginner. Could also be used as a “quickie” for those days where you don’t have a whole hour to spend on the mat–but could still use a little heat and love for the body.
