Bhakti Yin Gentle Flow is a relaxing, gentle, heart-centered practice and can be viewed as a moving meditation. It is a great healing practice for people who are looking for a more gentle approach to flow yoga as well as for people who have a hard time holding still in poses (asana) for a longer period of time. The practice begins seated with some chanting (kirtana) to take us into our hearts and moves into a slow flow exploring the vinyasa from a totally yin perspective. We finish the practice with some deep stretching and a long savasana.
