This is a 15-minute core and functional training class that incorporates plyometric boxes and steps. It is part 2 of our 2 part plyometrics program. For beginners practice either part 1 or part 2. For intermediate/advanced participants combine both part 1 and part 2 for an awesome 30-minute workout. So let’s start using some levels to maximize your results.
