This class puts focus on redeveloping the muscles in the stomach, abdomen, waist and buttocks, safely timed four to six weeks after delivery, when your body is ready to begin the next phase of recovery from the pregnancy. This class also encourages the balance of patience and relaxation, to follow your breath and be with your baby at the end of class.
