The Postnatal Series is about rebuilding – rebuilding our strength, our centre, and really, ourselves. Life has probably become very much about your little one – as it should! – but you still need to take some time for you. Building on the postnatal slow flow practice, we keep reconnecting to our centre and challenge ourselves a bit more.
