    The Pilates Body program, by Rebecca Beckler, is a blend of contemporary and traditional Pilates that is designed to do anywhere. These three 30-minute workouts are for anyone, from the newbie Pilates practitioner to the long time Pilates instructor. No props required, just you and the mat.
