The Bends

“The Bends” is a segment of Bhakti Yin yoga centered around various forms of forward bending. This class opens with a chant and then moves into a warm up of standing forward bends which creates a bit of heat, necessary for the safety of deep forward bending. We then move into seated forward bends and close with Savasana.
