Level 1 is for anybody and everybody. The classes in this section are challenging yet forgiving. The great thing about yoga is that it is continuously introducing us to new sensations within our body. If you’re just getting started with yoga we recommend you spend a lot of time here. If you’re an advanced student and you’re looking for a way to revisit the basics of the practice then look no further. Every week we will be adding new Level 1 classes to our library and we invite you to explore them all regardless of your ability.
