Level 2 classes are meant to challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility by combining basic postures with simple movements and flow. These sequences will introduce a series of new poses that may be just out of reach for beginners, but accessible to those with a seasoned practice. Your heart will be beating, but you won’t be totally exhausted at the end of these classes. Be careful as you dive into these, some may be harder than you think.
