Difficulty - 3

Level 3 classes are for intermediate and advanced students. The sequencing within these classes include postures and movements that will have you breathing heavy and looking for the finish line. Jumping into a Level 3 class without mentally and physically preparing yourself is a mistake and could result in injury. Please remember to take these classes seriously and keep within your personal limits. Alright… that’s enough from mom and dad, you’ve come a long way, now go get to it!
