We all get drawn into the city from time to time, and although we all have different habitual tendencies the city ask many of the same things of us. A hectic busy schedule, carrying heavy bags equipped for the whole day, sitting a lot, standing a lot etc. Let’s use this class to drop back into our relaxed self that is happy, calm and ready to go with the flow.
