A hectic busy schedule, carrying heavy bags equipped for the whole day, sitting a lot, standing a lot etc. Let’s use this class to drop back into our relaxed self that is happy, calm and ready to go with the flow. We’ll warm through and release those habitual areas of tension and then get free and fluid in both body and mind, dropping into our islander mindset and breath.
