The forearm balance may remain elusive, even after years of regular practice. As soon as we lose the safety of the floor under our feet, we step out of our comfort zone. We are confronted with our own strengths and weaknesses, both physically and mentally. It becomes difficult to stay relaxed, and exactly for this reason are we able in such moments to learn so much about our yoga practice and ourselves. Anatomically, the challenge in this pose lies in the complex connection between shoulder alignment, strength and a stable core. This workshop includes foundations and practical tips and tricks to take you into the forearm balance. Welcome to flight school!
