    This is very challenging. I had to take a day off to recuperate and am giving it another go. Made me realise how much work I have to do to build more strength in my core and upper back and shoulders before handstand is possible. Am up for this challenge. Please post more 60 minute sequences to prepare for handstand. Love them. Love all your classes. Thank you so much.
