In this short moving meditation you practice with your eyes closed, sensing where you are in space and feeling your limbs navigate the postures while you test your balance and proprioception. This simple sequence presents new challenges as one of your strongest senses is removed. This class is perfect for a warm-up, cool down, or as a stand alone class to wind you down and connect to your senses.
